Small Business Loans
Your Trusted Source for SBA Loans
The life of a small business owner can be a stressful one. Ensuring that your company has the capital that it needs to support its growing operations has no doubt caused you a few sleepless nights. You may think that securing financial stability requires that you sell off equity in your company. While this may provide the financial relief that you seek, it also introduces outside influences into your leadership structure. We here at Abel Commercial Funding are here to tell you that there is a better way.
The SBA Loan Program
With a small business loan administered through the federal government’s SBA loan program, you can get the money that you need to secure a new retail or production location, purchase necessary equipment, or consolidate all of your business debt. The requirements to qualify for this assistance depend upon the industry that you’re in. These are:
- Annual sales of less than $6 million for retailers
- A workforce of less than 500 employees for manufacturers
- A workforce of less than 100 employees for service providers
Federal small business financing is offered through either a 7(a) or 504 loan. 7(a) loans offer financing for up to 90 percent on real estate acquisition, 80% for business acquisition, and 100% for equipment purchases and debt refinancing. Loan amounts can be anywhere from $200,000 to $5 million at rates competitive to the current market.
504 loans offer similar terms to a 7(a) loan, with the option to increase your loan amount to up to $12 million. First and second mortgage options are also available for owner-occupied properties.
